MICHAEL GLENN MONROE

Since a very young age Michael Glenn Monroe has known that he wanted to be an artist. A self-taught painter, Michael spends much time meticulously honing his craft, often teaching himself many new and unique techniques to
add to his paintings. His realistic wildlife paintings have 
garnered him many honors throughout the years, the most recent being:

• 2000 Pinckney Art Show Best of Show

• 2000 Chosen as Michigan Ducks Unlimited Featured Print Stamp Artist

• 1996 Winner of the 1997 Michigan Duck Stamp

• 1996 Tawas Bay Art Show Best of Show

• 1995 Chosen by DNR to paint Endangered Species Fund print

• 1995 Michigan Duck Stamp First Runner-Up

• 1995 Tawas Bay Best of Show

• 1994 Minnesota Deer Hunters Artist of the Year

• 1994 Michigan Wildlife Habitat Foundations Featured Artist
